Tim likes Green Glaze.

Cathy grows Vates.

Nicolas sells a lot of baby collards to the restaurants @ $3/lb  for cut the leaves.  He adds collards can be heavy.  This is the #1 green he sells to the restaurants. 

Wiedigers can’t sell them.

For Charlie, this is one of the crops that will pull people in off the road, especially African Americans.
