It is a great help to us if you pre-register for this conference. While we do accept registrations onsite, we give you a price break if you will pre-register.
Please complete a separate registration form for each individual registering.
Your check, made payable to Southern SAWG or your credit card information must accompany your registration form.
We cannot accept purchase orders or vouchers. If you work for an institution that operates with purchase orders and vouchers, you must register with a personal check or credit card, then seek reimbursement from your institution.
There will be a 10% charge for refunds requested before December 20, 2009. The only refunds paid after December 20, 2009 will be fees paid for special events that are cancelled or are sold out. When events sell out, we will immediately indicate this on the conference registration form to prevent you from registering for an event that is no longer available.
We cannot accept pre-registrations after January 6, 2010. After this date, please plan to register at the conference.

SOLD OUT POLICY:
Space is limited for field trips, short courses and mini courses. If one is sold out, we will immediately indicate that it is sold out on our registration and program web pages. If we receive your registration for something that has sold out, we will immediately notify you and provide a refund.
Though we have never had to cancel a field trip, field trips may be cancelled if minimum registration is not reached. You will be immediately notified and a refund will be provided if we cancel due to low registration. We do not provide refunds due to inclement weather. But we highly recommend you wear clothing and footwear suitable for January in Tennessee.
Should the conference registration exceed our expectations, dinner tickets may not be available for the last registrants.
