We are now accepting pre-registrations for Southern SAWG’s 2009 Practical Tools and Solutions for Sustaining Family Farms Conference. Pre-registering helps us better plan for the event. As incentive to get you to pre-register, we have lower rates for early registration. To receive the lowest rate, you must pre-register before December 20, 2008.
Please complete a separate registration form for each individual registering.
Your check, made payable to Southern SAWG or your credit card information must accompany your registration form.
We cannot accept purchase orders or vouchers. If you work for an institution that operates with purchase order and vouchers, you must register with a personal check or credit card, then seek reimbursement from your institution.
There will be a $10 charge for refunds requested before December 20, 2008. The only refunds paid after December 20, 2008 will be fees paid for special events that are cancelled or are sold out. When events sell out, we will immediately indicate this on the conference registration form to prevent you from registering for an event that is no longer available.
We cannot accept pre-registrations after January 7, 2009. After this date, please plan to register at the conference.

SOLD OUT POLICY: Space is limited for field trips, short courses and mini courses. If one is sold out, we will immediately indicate that it is sold out on our registration and program web pages. If we receive your registration for something that has sold out, we will immediately notify you and provide a refund.
Though we have never had to cancel a field trip, field trips may be cancelled if minimum registration is not reached. You will be immediately notified and a refund will be provided if we cancel due to low registration. We do not provide refunds due to inclement weather. But we highly recommend you wear clothing and footwear suitable for January in Tennessee.
